  • German New Medicine (GNM) is a biological framework that understands symptoms as meaningful, adaptive responses, rather than random malfunctions or errors in the body.

Developed by Dr Ryke Geerd Hamer, GNM is based on the observation that unexpected, highly distressing life events can trigger specific biological programs involving the psyche, brain, and corresponding organs. These programs are not pathological mistakes. They are survival responses designed to help the organism cope with overwhelming stress.

From this perspective, what we commonly call “disease” is not something the body does wrong, but something the body does intentionally and intelligently, according to biological law.

    GNM proposes that:

    • Every symptom follows a biological logic

    • The psyche, brain, and body operate as an integrated system

    • Symptoms begin in response to an unexpected conflict or shock

    • The nature of the symptom reflects the nature of the experience

    Rather than asking:
    What is broken?
    German New Medicine asks:
What is the body responding to, and why?

This framework does not aim to fight the body or override symptoms. It seeks to understand their purpose, timing, and meaning, so fear can soften and the body is no longer met with resistance.

In my work, German New Medicine is used as a lens for interpretation and understanding, not as medical treatment. It offers coherence where there is confusion, and context where there is fear.

  • No. German New Medicine is not a belief system.

GNM is a framework based on biological laws that can be observed, tracked, and repeatedly correlated across the psyche, brain, and body. It does not rely on faith, positive thinking, or personal belief. It relies on pattern recognition and biological consistency.

In our work together, you are not asked to adopt an ideology. You are invited to observe whether the framework accurately describes your lived experience and symptom timeline.

What matters is not belief, but openness to inquiry. This work is most effective for those willing to look at symptoms as meaningful biological responses rather than random errors.

I work exclusively through the lens of German New Medicine. If this perspective resonates, the work tends to feel clarifying and steady. If it does not, this may not be the right space for you.

  • We trace your symptoms back to when they first appeared, explore what was happening in your life at the time, and identify the relevant biological patterns described in German New Medicine.

The session is investigative and precise. We are not searching for pathology, but for context and meaning. A key part of this work is identifying whether the body is currently in a conflict-active phase or a resolution and repair phase, as symptoms often differ depending on the phase.

Understanding which phase you are in helps explain why symptoms appear when they do, why they may change or intensify, and what the body is attempting to complete. This orientation alone often brings clarity and steadiness, without the need to override the body.

  • This work is not about curing, fixing, or forcing outcomes.

Many women experience a reduction in fear, less hypervigilance, and a shift in how distressing symptoms feel once they are understood. When symptoms make sense, the body often no longer needs to be met with panic or resistance.

What unfolds after that is individual.

  • No.

I do not provide protocols, prescriptions, supplements, or step-by-step treatment plans. This work is not about optimisation or intervention. It is about understanding.

After the session, you will receive:

    • A written summary of the key biological insights discussed

    • A personalised three-month orientation plan to help you integrate what was uncovered

    • Clear guidance to support resolution without force or optimisation

There is no obligation for follow-up work. Some people choose to continue, others do not. Both are appropriate.

  • No. I do not advise stopping medical care, medication, or therapy.

This work is designed to coexist with medical care, offering a different layer of understanding rather than replacing it.

  • No. This work is not suitable for medical emergencies, acute psychiatric distress, or situations requiring immediate intervention.

GNM work requires a degree of stability and capacity for reflection.

  • Some women gain clarity in a single session. Others benefit from additional conversations, particularly when symptoms are layered or longstanding.

There is no predefined pathway and no obligation to continue.

  • I work with women experiencing chronic or recurring symptoms, particularly those that feel persistent, confusing, or resistant to conventional “holistic” explanations.

The focus is not on labels, but on biological themes and lived context.

Before our session, you will complete a comprehensive intake form that includes your diagnosed conditions, symptom history, and relevant life context. I review this thoroughly in advance so our time together is focused and precise.

If, after reviewing your intake, I feel that I am not the right person to support you, I will tell you upfront. I do not take on work I cannot responsibly hold.

  • Yes. All consultations are confidential.
